Return & Refund Policy

At Diramy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund process. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at hello@diramy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • If your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions and the designated return address.
  • Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), Diramy will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items directly if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items showing clear signs of use, or items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Final Sale items (if explicitly marked as such on the product page).
